| GENERAL
By commissioning me, you agree with my Terms and Conditions.
The artist has the right to stop or cancel the client’s request/work on the commission due to any poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
I reserve the right to refuse commissions that I consider to be above my capabilities.
| Payment
An upfront or down payment is required after the initial sketch is finalized and agreed on.The commission will be canceled or delayed if payment is not received within 14 days.
The transaction fee will be included in the base price AFTER both parties agree to the proposal. ($5)
REFUNDS
Refunds will not be issued unless the artist is unable to finish the commission; in that case, the artist will reimburse the portion that they believe is unfinished.
| COMMISSION PROCESS
Updates will be provided three times during the initial sketch, mid-render, and after the rendering stages.
REVISIONS
I will allow revisions after every update.Major revisions during or after the rendering stage will implement a $15 fee.Revisions and refunds are no longer possible once I send the commission result to your email/Gdrive.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Commission work will be completed at the artist’s own pace due to personal life and work. The estimated time given changes due to this, the client will be notified by the artist. Please let me know if you have a deadline so I can adjust.
Turnaround time: 1 month to 3+ months
Rush Fee: 25% of the priceImages will be sent to your email or Gdrive (With and without the watermark. I can also send transparent versions, just let me know beforehand.)
| INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain the right to use and market my art any way I see fit unless the client pays exclusive rights. This covers merchandise production and marketing.
I have the right to post commissioned artwork for samples, portfolio, and content.
The client may use the commission work for personal use, examples include:
-Printing the commission work for personal use.
-Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, etc.
-Use the artwork as a reference to study.
The client cannot resell or claim my works or designs as their own.
The commissioned illustration is for PERSONAL USE ONLY. For commercial use, you will be charged higher than the original price (~3x)
Credits must be given anytime the artwork is shown publicly.
The client is absolutely NOT allowed to use my work in any NFT or AI service.
The client may not trace/deform/alter my work.
Those who go against the TOS will be blacklisted.
